About Us, because we are a small company and we are dedicated to providing the very best and most rapid service, all work is by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment. You won’t have to wait for weeks to get your Mac fixed. Unlike those other Mac service locations, we do all of our service ourselves and rarely ship out your equipment to be fixed elsewhere.

Warranty and AppleCare Warranty services.

Everything Mac is an Apple Authorized Service Provider for warranty and AppleCare Service. Verify our location with Apple as an Apple Authorized Service Provider by following this link: Service Provider Verification You do not need to call Apple to have an appointment scheduled, you can directly access our Appointment Scheduler to set up a time to come in for service.

For warranty and AppleCare covered issues there is NO CHARGE for repair service. The Apple Limited Warranty and the extended AppleCare Protection Plan cover hardware issues caused by a manufacturing defect, and all repair costs are covered by Apple. The AppleCare Plus Warranty subsidizes the cost of repair services needed as a result of accidental or liquid damage to the device.

Items NOT covered under Apple’s warranty include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshooting software corruption and conflicts including but not limited to Apple distributed software and macOS related issues.
  • Dirty, dusty, or abused machines.
  • Accidental drops or liquid spills.
  • Third party products and related software.
  • Anything that becomes jammed in CD drives, floppy drives, etc.
