Warranty and AppleCare Warranty work
Everything Mac is an Apple Authorized Service Provider for warranty and AppleCare Service.
You do not need to call Apple to have a repair scheduled, you can just access our Appointment Scheduler to set up a time to come in for service.
For warranty and AppleCare covered issues there is NO CHARGE for repair service. If the machine is under warranty please bring in the invoice or AppleCare paperwork and any other pertinent paperwork or notes. The original Apple warranty and the extended AppleCare Warranty covers hardware issues caused by a manufacturing defect. Parts and labor associated with the repair are covered.
Items NOT covered under Apple’s warranty include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting software corruption and conflicts including but not limited to Apple distributed software and macOS related issues
- Dirty, dusty, or abused machines
- Accidental drops or liquid spills
- Third party products and related software
- Anything that becomes jammed in CD drives, floppy drives, etc.
Has your warranty expired?
No problem, Everything Mac works on the entire Apple line; hardware and software including devices considered “vintage” and non-servicable by Apple.
